Privacy notice

At a glance
  • DJ Club 3D does not require registration or creation of a game account.
  • Imported music, audio analysis and mixer saves stay on your device.
  • Online challenges require technical identifiers, a nickname, an avatar and match data.
  • Advertising and in-app purchase sections apply to versions that include these features.
  • Privacy contact: creo.app.app@gmail.com.

1. Controller and scope

Giovanni Emanuele Spina, the developer of DJ Club 3D, is the data controller. Contact creo.app.app@gmail.com for questions and privacy requests. This notice covers the Android and iOS game, its online challenge services and this page. Advertising and purchase provisions apply only to versions that include those features.

2. Local data and file access

The game stores audio and video settings, language, performance preferences, career progress, room settings, Deck queues, Cue points and other preferences locally. Device capabilities, including memory, performance and screen resolution, are used to adapt graphics.

The operating system's file picker lets you select music to read and copy into the app's local storage. Duration, waveform and rhythm are analysed locally. Imported music and its analysis are not uploaded to our servers or shared with opponents. These features do not require contacts, precise location, camera or microphone access. Operating system or user-selected backup services may back up local app data under their own settings.

3. Online challenges without registration

Online play sends an app-generated random identifier, technical session credentials, nickname, selected built-in avatar, room name and invitation code, lobby messages, presence, connection quality, selected room and challenge, relevant career unlock progress, scores, judgements, crowd mood, timing and match results to the game service. The server also receives your IP address for communication and abuse prevention.

Other participants in the same room can see your nickname, avatar, messages, presence, connection quality and challenge information. Data support saved rooms, synchronisation, results and service security. The random identifier is not your IMEI, phone number or advertising identifier. Do not put confidential information in nicknames, room names or chat.

4. Advertising

In ad-supported versions, ads are supplied by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads). The service may process IP address and approximate location inferred from it, app and device identifiers, Android advertising ID or iOS IDFA when permitted, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic information. Purposes include ad delivery and measurement, security and fraud prevention.

Ad personalisation and identifier access depend on your choices, service configuration and applicable rules. Consent is collected for optional processing where required. On iOS, tracking across other companies' apps and websites also requires App Tracking Transparency permission; refusing does not prevent gameplay. Non-personalised ads may still require technical data and, in some circumstances, consent: they do not mean no data collection.

Use any privacy controls presented in the app and your device's advertising or tracking settings. See Google Privacy Policy, Google advertising information and My Ad Center.

5. In-app purchases

Versions offering purchases let you remove ads and unlock the features described on the purchase screen. Payments are processed by Google Play Billing on Android and Apple App Store / StoreKit on iOS. The game may receive product identifiers, purchase receipts or tokens, transaction status and dates to validate and restore entitlements. We do not receive card numbers, bank credentials or store passwords.

Stores process payments under their own notices. Buying ad removal does not automatically erase online match information, previous purchases or data already processed by an advertising provider. See Google's notice and Apple's notice.

6. Support, website and recipients

If you email us, we process your email address, message and voluntarily supplied attachments to respond. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary files. Email, hosting and infrastructure providers may process the data needed to deliver and protect their services.

This page is hosted on IONOS web hosting. It contains no advertising cookies, analytics scripts, registration forms or external fonts. Server access logs may include IP address, requested URL, timestamp and browser information for delivery and infrastructure security. See IONOS privacy information.

Recipients are, as described above, fellow room participants, technical providers, Google for advertising where included, purchase stores and authorities when legally required. We do not directly sell personal data or use imported music for advertising or profiling.

7. Purposes and legal bases

Where GDPR applies, requested gameplay, online matches and purchases rely on performance of the service; optional advertising processing and tracking rely on consent where required; security, abuse prevention and support handling rely on our legitimate interest in a reliable service, respecting users' rights; legally required processing relies on legal obligations. Online play, purchases and tracking consent are optional. Without the information needed to connect, online matches cannot function.

8. Retention and deletion

You can delete rooms you own or remove your participation in others' rooms using game controls. Removing participation does not necessarily erase earlier chat messages; going Home or closing the app does not delete a room. Request deletion of online data or messages at creo.app.app@gmail.com, supplying only what is necessary to identify the room and verify the request. Data deletion does not request a store refund.

9. Security and international transfers

Online service communications use HTTPS. Rooms use invitation codes and technical credentials; no security measure provides an absolute guarantee. Providers may process data outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where needed, adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other legally recognised safeguards apply. Contact us or consult providers' notices for information on applicable safeguards.

10. Rights and choices

Where provided by law, request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Use the contact above. GDPR requests are normally answered within one month, subject to permitted extensions; we may need minimal information to verify identity. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or your local authority. Game judgements and crowd mood are gameplay mechanics, not decisions about people with legal or similarly significant effects.

11. Minors and changes

We do not ask for a legal name or birth date to create a game account, because no registration is offered. Minors should use online functions and purchases with parental or guardian assistance and in accordance with local law and store age rules. Contact us if you believe a minor's data have been processed without required authorisation, so we can investigate and erase them where required.

We update this notice when features or processing change. The date above identifies this version. New providers or purposes require an updated notice and, where necessary, information and consent before processing.
