This Privacy Policy describes how **Giovanni Emanuele Spina** ("we", "Data Controller") processes personal data collected through the application **Tv Time Pro** (`app.tvtime.app`), distributed on **Android** and classified as **Radio / Streaming Audio**.

## 2. Access to content
The app provides a registration and authentication area to access content. During registration, identifying data (e.g., name, email) and access credentials may be requested. Credentials are stored in protected form and used exclusively to allow access to restricted content and manage the account. The user may request account deletion at any time by writing to creo.app.app@gmail.com.

## Data collected
The app collects only the data listed below, limited to the features actually enabled in this version:
- **Advertising (Google AdMob):** device advertising identifier (AAID/IDFA when granted), approximate IP address, basic device information and ad interaction data.
- **Push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging):** device push token used exclusively to deliver notifications.
- **User account:** identifying data provided at registration (e.g., name, email) and access credentials, stored in protected form.

## 3. Content loaded via WebView
The app loads web content via WebView from **https://tv-stream-guide.lovable.app/**. Any data processed during browsing is handled directly by the website and is subject to its own Privacy Policy. The app does not modify or intercept data transmitted between the user and the site.

## 4. System permissions requested
The app requests only the permissions listed below, and only when the related feature is used:
- **Notifications:** to display local or remote notifications to the user.

## 5. Native features used
The following native features are actually present in the app; each collects only the data necessary for its operation:
- **File / Document Picker:** the user can choose files from the device to attach or send via the WebApp.
- **File download:** downloaded files are saved to the device Downloads folder. We do not keep copies on our servers.
- **Deep Links / Universal Links:** the app can be opened via configured URLs. No personal data is transmitted beyond URL parameters.

## 6. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app displays advertisements via **Google AdMob** in the following formats: banner, interstitial. AdMob may collect the device **Advertising Identifier** (AAID on Android, IDFA on iOS when granted), approximate IP address, device information and ad interaction data.
The app may request user consent for personalized advertising through a consent banner compliant with the Google UMP / IAB TCF framework, where required by law. In the absence of consent, only non-personalized ads are served.

## 8. Firebase services
The app uses exclusively the following Google Firebase services:
- **Firebase Cloud Messaging:** generation of a unique device token for delivering push notifications. The token is not linked to personal data.

The app may send push notifications to inform the user about updates, content or service communications. Notifications are delivered by Google (FCM on Android) and Apple (APNs on iOS) services. The user can disable notifications at any time from the operating system settings.

- **Upload:** the user can select files from the device to send to the hosted website. Files are transmitted to the site and handled according to the site's own Privacy Policy.
- **Download:** downloaded files are saved to the device Downloads folder. We do not keep copies on our servers.
